2. Refund & Return Policy
2.1 Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- The item is not part of a non-returnable category (see below).
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective).
2.3 Return Process

- Provide proof of purchase and reason for return.
- If approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return address.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 2-4 business days.
2.4 Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
2.5 Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or lesser value (subject to stock availability).
- If the item requested is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
2.6 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
