2. Refund & Return Policy 

2.1 Return Eligibility 

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided: 

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached. 
  • The item is not part of a non-returnable category (see below). 

2.2 Non-Returnable Items 

The following items cannot be returned or refunded: 

  • Custom-made or personalized products. 
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective). 

2.3 Return Process

  1. Provide proof of purchase and reason for return. 
  1. If approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return address. 
  1. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 2-4 business days

2.4 Refunds 

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. 
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items. 

2.5 Exchanges 

  • Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or lesser value (subject to stock availability). 
  • If the item requested is unavailable, a store credit will be issued. 

2.6 Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
